What are your rates?
Our nightly rate starts at $65 + tax. Weekly stays are $395 + tax/week, and monthly rates begin at $650 + tax/month. We also offer a 10% discount for military, first responders, and Good Sam members on nightly and weekly stays.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is between 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. If you need different arrangements, please call us at (832) 364-7861.
Do you offer long-term stays?
Yes! If you're planning to stay longer than 10 nights, you'll need to complete a simple application (no fee). Our team will walk you through the process and get you set up quickly.
Are pets allowed?
Absolutely! We're pet-friendly and welcome up to 2 pets per space. All dogs must be vaccinated against rabies and kept on a leash per California law. We have a dedicated pet area and dog wash station for your convenience. Some breed restrictions apply for safety reasons.
What amenities are included?
All sites include full hookups (water, sewer, electric) with 30/50 amp service. You'll also have access to our pool, bocce courts, fire pits, clubhouse, laundry facility, clean showers, and free WiFi. Propane sales are available during office hours.
Is WiFi free?
Yes! We offer complimentary WiFi to all guests so you can stay connected, work remotely, stream shows, or video chat with family and friends.
Can I use the pool year-round?
Our pool is open from 10 AM until dusk, Tuesday through Sunday during the regular season. It's closed Mondays for cleaning and completely closed during winter months.
